I'm the Founder of LPL Talent, a specialist search consultancy supporting organisations and professionals across the South West and beyond.
With over 20 years' experience across recruitment, talent acquisition and business partnering, I work closely with law firms, SMEs and growing organisations to identify, attract and secure exceptional talent. From solicitor search and executive appointments to strategic hiring projects, I help clients build stronger teams and make confident hiring decisions.
My approach combines commercial understanding, market insight and a genuine commitment to building long-term relationships. I understand that every appointment has the potential to shape the future of a business and every career move can be life-changing for the individual involved.
While FMCG, food and drink provided the foundations of my career, my work today spans a broad range of sectors and disciplines, reflecting the evolving needs of both organisations and professionals.
Above all, I believe in honest advice, transparent communication and delivering outcomes that create lasting value for clients and candidates alike.
